Haiti – Environment : Weather forecast for the months of August to October 2019

According to forecasters’ analyzes of the changing weather patterns in the Caribbean, rainfall will be lower than usual in the West Indies for the months of August to October 2109.
Atmospheric conditions do not seem favorable to a strong rainy activity and tropical waves. During this quarter, the rainfall regime will remain slightly deficient on the islands of the Caribbean, especially in Haiti, although some localized rainfall events are more marked.
Temperatures will remain above normal causing intense heat in the Caribbean Basin.
There is no clear trend for the upcoming dry season, rainfall is expected to be around normal and temperatures will remain above average in some islands such as Haiti and Guyana…

The probability of impact of a major hurricane in the United States is about 90% on the long average.
