New Amsterdam- Wainwright McIntosh (Mayor) and Kirk Fraser
Corriverton- Imran Amin (Mayor) and Satyanand Ramraj
Rose Hall- Dave Budhu (Mayor) and Roydel Lewis
Linden- Sharma Solomon (Mayor) and Dominique Blair
Anna Regina- Devin Mohan (Mayor) and Lorna Fitzallen
Mabaruma- Trevi Leung (Mayor) and Liana Ann Persaud
Lethem- John Macedo (Mayor) and Indira Singh
Bartica- Martin Murray (Mayor) and Gail Ann Persaud
Mahdia- Eslyn Ramascindo- Hussain (Mayor) and Akita John
Vice Chairman of Region 10 (Upper Demerara- Berbice), Mark Goring was also sworn in. Goring replaces Douglas Gittens who died in June 2021, after he was diagnosed with COVID-19.
