APNU will do the groundwork to win in strongholds – Norton By admin , in Uncategorized , at April 17, 2023 The Albouystown (Constituency #10) APNU Team with the Party Leader, Aubrey C. Norton (Photo: APNU/ Facebook/ April 17, 2023) Norton believes that APNU’s candidates are a good mix of maturity and youth, capable of allowing the party to retain control of the city. Youth Advocate Kibwe Copeland and former National Athlete Phillip Drayton are among the newer faces joining experienced APNU candidates such as current Georgetown Deputy Mayor Alfred Mentore. Even as he touted the prowess of APNU’s candidates, Norton accused the People’s Progressive Party Civic government of coercing people into showing their support in the streets on Monday. Large crowds, donned in red, marched through the streets of Georgetown alongside the party’s General Secretary Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo and other executive members. President Irfaan Ali also met supporters outside of Freedom House, the PPP’s headquarters. Comments Leave a ReplyCancel replyYour email address will not be published.
