Kriya yoga introduced to Guyana, future programmes to come

The trip helped the team understand more about the country, people and potential locations for talks and future programmes.

Kriya Yoga is said to be the most ancient path of meditation. It has the potential to change the individual in a positive way, Giri said. “Kriya Yoga is a simple, yet extraordinarily powerful, meditation technique – a quick path to reach higher states of consciousness and change your life by developing mind, body, intellect and awareness of the soul.”
