An accident on Agriculture Road, Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara in the wee hours of Sunday claimed the life of 19-year-old Glenroy James, who resided in the same community.

The driver and occupants were flung from the lorry.
The driver and Motielall were picked up in a conscious state by public-spirited citizens and taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Unit.
James was picked up by Police ranks in an unconscious state, placed into a Police pick-up and taken to GPHC, where he was pronounced dead.
The body is presently at Memorial Gardens Mortuary, awaiting a post-mortem examination.
