7-Y-O among three killed in Linden-Soesdyke Highway accident

An accident on the Soesdyke-Linden Highway in the early hours of Saturday has claimed the lives of three persons, including a 7-year-old child.

Dead are Shelly Joseph, Keiron Wells, and 7-year-old Meranzo Campbell.

The News Room understands that the car they were in crashed into a parked truck along the highway.

Traffic Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mahendra Singh has confirmed the deaths and stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Authorities have urged drivers to exercise extreme caution on the highway, especially during the night and early morning hours.
