Abrams pips Cornette to 200m title in photo-finish at Senior Championships

The men’s 200m final produced identical drama. Shamar Horatio (20.697s) dipped just ahead of Noelex Holder (20.740s) for first, while Revon Williams (21.188s) was third.
More so, Aaliyah Moore (2:05.38s) won the 800m title ahead of Alika Blucher (2:32.41s) and Marissa Thomas (2:35.10s), while Nicholas Daw (1:53.222s) got the better of Devaun Barrington (1:54.159s) and Kosi Thomas (1:55.034s) in the male race.
100m record-holder Emanuel Archibald was nowhere close to his personal best of 8.15m as he won the Long Jump with a best leap of 7.77m, while the female event was won by Annalisa Redmon (6.03m) ahead of Natrena Hooper (5.64m) and Shaneka Campbell (5.60m).
