Bacchus, a resident of New Amsterdam, Berbice was the lone occupant of the truck. Police said he was told of the offence committed, cautioned and claimed a “Rastaman” gave him the bags to drop off over the “west side”. Bacchus was arrested and escorted to the Providence Police Station. He was placed in custody as the investigation continues.
